When you have completed the ordering process, you will see the message "Your order has been confirmed" on your screen and your order code and other details will also appear. You will also be emailed with all the details about your order.
Your order can be canceled before the products are shipped by emailing sales@papadellis.com.gr, stating the order number. In this case (applies to credit card transactions), the company "B.Papadellis & Sons Ltd" cancels the transaction and the Holder's card is not charged. In case money has been deposited into a bank account, the company will return the amounts paid by the customer.
